What are heat transfer labels?

A heat transfer is a technique for taking a printed picture and fixing the picture straight forward to the article of clothing to duplicate the picture onto the article of clothing itself. Normally, this innovation has been utilized for altering shirts and, all the more as of late, for the utilization of "tag-less" marks. Since the heat transfer measure guarantees that the plan is inserted into the sublayers of the printed surface, the plan will last the lifetime of the piece of clothing.

Heat transfer labels are 100% skin friendly. Head transfer method can be used in all types of fabric like cotton, silk, nylon etc. All the important information written about the clothes is clearly visible.

How does heat transfer printing works?

i. The design is imprinted onto exceptional transfer paper or manufactured film. This substrate has a unique covering known as a release layer. This guides the exchange of the picture onto the piece of clothing. The picture is imprinted backward on one side with the covering.

ii. The printed design is applied to the clothes with the help of heat press at a controlled temperature, in specific pressure.

iii. The material substrate is laid on the press, and the printed move paper or film is then positioned on top with the inked side in touch with the texture.

iv. The press is set to the suggested pressing factor and time.

v. The handle is brought down to cinch the heat press shut; a caution will sound when the time is up.

vi. The transfer paper is then stripped off (a few sorts should be left until they are cold; others ought to be eliminated while still warm) leaving the inked configuration for all time moved into the strands of the article of clothing.
